Lineham House Galleries

Art Galleries (Commercial)

Description

Lineham House Galleries is located in a beautiful, 117-year-old Registered Historic Alberta Resource home. The house was formerly owned by the founding Lineham family of Okotoks, Alberta. A formal gallery and entry way on the main floor exhibits group shows of select artists every quarter. The main floor also showcases Okotoks and Southern Alberta artisanal items including jewellery, pottery, glass, metal, wood, prints and artistic gifts for heart and home. Our small gallery on the second level features the work of our associate artists, who often work on site. One street over from the fray, under the grand old trees of historic Elma Street, a quiet moment of thoughtful reflection and artful living, awaits.

Commercial galleries are generally free to enter, while outdoor sculpture parks and sites typically offer year-round access, encouraging informal public engagement with art in open-air settings.
