L’Imagier Art Centre

Art / Cultural Centres

Description

The L’Imagier Exhibition Center is a non-profit organization whose mission is to generate interest in contemporary art and to promote artistic activity. This mission is embodied in three main components: contemporary art exhibitions, music and performing arts shows in the Parc de L’Imaginaire, and educational activities. For more than forty years, L’Imagier has enjoyed an exceptional location in Old Aylmer, a stone’s throw from the Marina, Parc des Cèdres and Rue Principale. L’Imagier is at the origin of the founding of the Parc de L’Imaginaire, a multidisciplinary cultural space which promotes encounters between different forms of artistic expression. The multidisciplinary mandate of disseminating visual arts and music makes L’Imagier a unique place in the cultural landscape of Outaouais.
