Galerie d’art du Parc

Art Galleries / Museums (Public)

Description

The Parc Art Gallery is a not-for-profit gallery that presents around ten exhibitions annually, in addition to other art and cultural events and programmes. The Parc Art Gallery also initiates and works in partnership with other institutions to present projects such as the National Biennial of Contemporary Sculpture – BNSC. The BNSC, like its print counterpart, the International Contemporary Print Biennial, is hosted in Trois-Rivières, each summer, making the city a hot-spot for cultural tourists.

Commercial galleries are generally free to enter, while outdoor sculpture parks and sites typically offer year-round access, encouraging informal public engagement with art in open-air settings.
