Description

Duran|Mashaal is a Montreal-based gallery that focuses on emerging and mid-career artists both locally and internationally. Bridging the geographical gap, the young gallery represents innovative artists that experiment with the process of artmaking, pioneer new art forms, or rediscover colour, shape, or style to bring something original to the art world. Whether it be in technique and methodology, or execution and performance, each of the artists that Duran|Mashaal represents brings a unique element to the gallery, inspiring a dialogue of emotion and intellect to transpire. The gallery works with a roster of 23 artists, participates in national and international art fairs, and has been featured in the British Journal of Photography.
