Description
Jeanne and Geoff Morrison opened Aurora Emporium Art Gallery in Yellowknife in 2013 to help revive Indigenous arts in northern Canada. It soon became apparent that there was substantial unfulfilled demand for art and craft products in Yellowknife and thus the business has thrived. As demand for certain products began to exceed supply, we began to produce and sell some our own works. Besides meeting people from all different walks of life around the world, this has been one of the most satisfying aspects of the business for us. We encourage anyone who has not really taken time to release their inner artist to give it a try. You may be surprised to find that you are readily able to sell your own work.
