Description

Halifax’s premiere artist co-operative features over 20 local artists and artisans. This lively co-operative art gallery offers both fine art and fine craft with ever-changing new work of original paintings, jewellery, pottery, ceramic art, folk art, rug hooking, wool felting, and fused glass. Art 1274 Hollis is located at the corner of Morris and Hollis Streets near Pier 21 and downtown Halifax, it is a prime location for locals and tourists alike to find artworks, pottery, jewelry and more created by local artists. Visit often, as the friendly artists of the cooperative take turns running the gallery; each time you visit, you meet one of the contributing artists.
