Introduction
CanadianArtMap respects copyright and intellectual property rights. If you believe that text, images, audio or any other content on our platform infringes your rights, you may submit a formal takedown request.
We will investigate all valid requests and remove or restrict access to infringing content.
How to File a Takedown Notice
To submit a copyright complaint, please include:
Identification of the copyrighted work
The exact URL(s) where the content appears
Your contact information (name, address, email)
A statement confirming that you believe the use is unauthorized
A statement that your claim is accurate
Your electronic signature

Content Removal
If the complaint is valid, CanadianArtMap may:
Remove the content or audio
Disable access to it
Notify the uploader of the action
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification that includes:
Identification of the removed content
A statement explaining why it is not infringing
Your contact information
Your signature
We may restore the content if appropriate.
Repeat Infringers
Users who repeatedly upload infringing content may lose the ability to upload content and/or audio and may have listings removed.
